Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request

Measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising
Show you relevant advertising on other platforms (see Section 4)

4. Advertising and Analytics Technologies
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view and actions you take (for example, submitting our contact form).
Advanced Matching. When you submit information through our website forms (such as your email address or phone number), the Meta Pixel may process that information in hashed (encoded) form and send it to Meta to improve the matching of website actions to Meta accounts. Meta receives only the hashed values, not the raw information. This helps us measure ad performance and reach people more accurately.
Meta may use the information collected in accordance with its own Data Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Facebook ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, session duration, and approximate location (derived from IP address). Google processes this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use them for the analytics and advertising purposes described above, and for essential site functionality. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Customer Relationship Management
If you contact us or become a client, we store your contact details and our communication history in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, currently HubSpot, so we can manage our relationship with you professionally. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments.
6. Who We Share Information With
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business:
Meta Platforms - advertising measurement and delivery (see Section 4)

Our service providers listed above are based outside Qatar (primarily in the United States) and may process your information there. By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and analytics and advertising data according to the retention settings of the respective platforms. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
