ArrowXP had loyal customers and no language for why they stayed. We diagnosed the business, found the single truth it was already winning on, and built a complete three stage marketing system one person can run from a phone. No website, no ad budget, no guesswork
01 - The Client
ArrowXP is a young courier service in Ghana, built on one radical idea: a delivery you never have to chase. Founded by Zayyad, who still rides deliveries himself, it serves vendors and individuals across Kumasi, the Northern Region, and Greater Accra. It had loyal recurring customers and word-of-mouth growth, but no website, no ad budget, and no written-down reason for why it worked. Everything it needed was already inside the business. Nobody had excavated it yet.
02 - The Challenge
We opened with a Fifteen Scorecard. It placed ArrowXP at 2.1 out of 5: a real business with real customers, held back not by bad marketing but by missing strategic infrastructure. Its lowest marks were Narrative and Growth; its highest was Truth. Read together, those scores said something precise, ArrowXP understood its customers better than it had ever written down, and it was spending marketing effort as an act of faith, with no feedback loop to tell it what worked. The raw material for a powerful story already existed. It had simply never been found, named, or measured.
A real business winning on instinct, with no way to know why, or to do it again on purpose.
03 - The Insight
ArrowXP has never won a customer on speed. It wins on certainty. A courier never really carries a parcel. It carries a promise a vendor made to their own customer.
Every real customer arrived the same way, through WhatsApp, through TikTok storytelling, through referrals. Not one through an advertisement. And the reason they stayed was always the same word: reachable. In a market where handing your goods to a stranger is an act of faith, ArrowXP replaces the stranger with someone you know and can reach. That is the one ground no competitor contests, and the entire system was built to serve it: the courier you never have to chase.
